Senior QA Engineer

We're looking for Senior QA Engineer to join our growing team. This role is a blend of both manual and automation testing. This is a Dallas-based role, requires 3 days per week in office, no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.
Duties:
- Lead client-facing QA discussions, clearly articulating test plans, risks, and progress.
- Take ownership of QA processes, ensuring alignment with client standards and workflows.
- Develop and execute comprehensive Test Plans covering end-to-end (E2E) testing.
- Track and report on test execution, regression testing progress, and project risks.
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and propose solutions.
- Ensure product readiness by deeply understanding workflows beyond basic test execution.
- Adapt to project changes, maintaining testing momentum despite shifting priorities.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, test case design, and defect tracking.
- Experience with Selenium and/or Appium
- Adept in Agile Methodologies.
- Experience in API Testing.
- Advanced experience in Test Case and Test Plan definition.
- Bugs and tracking tools (Jira, Rally, TFS, etc).
- Test Case management tools (Testlink-TestRails-Rally).
