Senior Product Manager - Remote

This is a 100% remote position, no additional travel required, aggressive salary and bonus packages, and 401K matching.  

As the Product Owner, you will actively participate, design, and optimize the product throughout all stages of the development cycle from initial concept to product release, ensuring functionality, quality, and schedule.
You will work closely with Product Managers, department heads, sales, technical support and other stakeholders to extract and translate high-level business and customer requirements into technical working documents and deliverables.

• Gather & prioritize client requirements to create and maintain a clear and detailed product backlog.
• Ensure that each user story aligns with the client's strategic business goals.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and clients to understand their unique challenges, operational workflows, and customer experience objectives. Translate these insights into actionable user stories and features.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at various levels to gather feedback, provide updates, and ensure alignment between the product vision and business objectives.

• Bachelor's Degree 
• 5+ years product owner experience
• Experience in cloud technology, hosting or managed services deployments and scaling those services
• Ability to implement best practices in an Agile environment including different measures of product discovery, including quantitative (e.g., A/B testing) and qualitative (e.g., usability testing) methods
• Experience managing a portion of the product lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with web technologies
