We commit to delivering quality, impactful, ground-breaking products that can realize our client's vision and make their life easier. We’re looking for a Sr Data Engineer to join our growing team! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities  

  • Design, implement, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support data warehouse solutions.
  • Architect and optimize data models for both OLAP (analytical) and OLTP (transactional) systems.
  • Develop and maintain scalable data processing frameworks using PySpark and Apache Spark.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage and optimize data storage solutions in Amazon Redshift and other AWS services.
  • Ensure high data quality, integrity, and consistency across all pipelines and datasets.
  • Automate data workflows and ensure efficient data ingestion from various sources.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and performance issues in production environments.
  • Drive best practices for data engineering, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
  • Care deeply about performance. 
  • Good people skills, care about mentoring others. 

Technical Skills 

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
  • Strong experience with OLAP data modelingdata warehousing, and ETL pipeline development.
  • Proficiency in PySpark for distributed data processing.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services, especially those related to data (e.g., S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, EMR).
  • Experience designing solutions for OLTP systems and integrating transactional data sources.
  • Solid hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, including performance tuning and query optimization.
  • Proficient in SQL and data manipulation across large datasets.
  • Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
